This steadfast light has been available for a decade and in it's most recent incarnation, is as effective as any modern design. This light is used extensively throughout Holland. It is affectionately known as "The Producer" and has a reputation for consistent and abuntant yields. This light is ideal for indoor use and greenhouse use. The unit is designed specifically to be suspended via two chains at either end of the main section. This counterwieghts the sturdy pentagonal reflector. The unit is approximately 66cm long and the widest section of the reflector is approximately 42cm.

The Poot and the Industria are typically used in green house type environments. They can be used indoors however were primarily designed for glasshouses. They are heavy and robust and allow the possibility of daisy chaining one light to another, but this has to be carried out by a qualified electrician. These are top end lights built especially narrow so as not to obstruct the sun, but also give a wide spray of light to complement the sun. All our lights carry a two year no quibble guarantee. If it stops working then we will exchange it for one that does straight away. No waiting for weeks while other companies get it repaired - we give you another ASAP. If you bring the light down to the shop we will exchange it there and then. (This guarantee excludes the lamp). High Pressure Sodium lamps are predominately used for the fruit or flowering cycle of the plant's life which is normally governed by the photoperiod typically 12 on, 12 off. Where Metal Halide lamps are predominately used for the vegetative cycle of the plants life a typical photoperiod of 18-20 on and 6-4 hours off. Agros or Plantas are High Pressure Sodiums but with a tweaked blue end so you can veg and flower under the one lamp. Phosphorous coated to promote blue and red spectrum so you can veg and bloom, more blue light that red, a cheap way to get started. However lamp wants replacing every nine months as lamp can become volatile. Costs more to run and maintain compared to HPS, MH or fluorescents.
Fluorescents Emit less light than high intensity discharge although can be used throughout plant cycle but due to brightness will produce small yields. Popular for seedlings and cuttings, an excellent way to establish young plants.
